Ten Finnish universities gained good positions in a new European university ranking.
The QS World University Rankings: Europe 2024 is a new ranking focused exclusively on European universities. 688 universities were included – here are the positions gained by the Finnish universities:
- Aalto University #40
- University of Helsinki #42
- University of Turku =125
- University of Oulu #141
- Tampere University #163
- University of Jyväskylä =186
- Lappeenranta-Lahti University of Technology LUT #188
- University of Eastern Finland =217
- Åbo Akademi University #280
- University of Vaasa =317
