Erasmus Mundus
The Erasmus Mundus Masters Courses and Erasmus Mundus Joint Doctorates are top-quality study programmes, which have been developed jointly by European universities from at least 3 different countries. The university consortia offering Erasmus Mundus programmes may also include universities from other parts of the world.
In the Erasmus Mundus Master's and Doctoral programmes there are generous full study scholarships available for the best applicants, both from EU and non-EU countries.
The Erasmus Mundus programmes include studies in at least two different European countries – sometimes also countries outside Europe, if the partner institutions of the Erasmus Mundus Masters Course in question include third-country universities. Placements may also be included in the study programme.
On completion of the studies, a degree certificate is issued by at least two different universities (a double, multiple or joint degree).

The Erasmus Mundus Master's courses are two-year programmes.
Finnish universities are currently taking part in the delivery of the following 12 Erasmus Mundus Master’s Courses. The ones marked with an asterisk (*) are coordinated by a Finnish university. The degree courses without an asterisk have Finnish universities acting as partner institutions.

Erasmus Mundus Master's Courses: applications for entry and for scholarships are always submitted to the coordinating university of each consortium offering the Erasmus Mundus programme in question. You will find detailed application information on the web site of the Erasmus Mundus programme you are interested in.
